This type offers two subtypes: A1 and A2, which differ in their orientations, the arrangement of the bedrooms and the availability of carports or garages. A1 villas offer a carport beneath the residence, while A2 offers a private garage.

Besides that, all type A villas offer an entertainment floor, as well as an infinity pool and landscaped gardens. The homes come with a solarium offering a stunning place to relax and entertain.

Type B villas come in subtypes B1 to B4. Similarly to Type A, the primary difference is the orientation and bedroom layout, as well as the parking facilities. B1 and B3 offer a private carport, while B2 and B4 offer a private garage.

All Type B villas also offer pools and gardens, as well as space for a hoe gym, cinema room or extra bedroom. These properties also boast a solarium with spectacular views.

Type C comprises 3 signature villas: the epitome of luxury homes and the largest residences within the project. These properties offer a private garage. The bedrooms are distributed with 4 on the top level and one on the lower level, while the ground level is dedicated to living space and the modern, functional kitchen. Two of the Type C villas offer southeast orientation, while the third faces east.
